M&A: SPZ to sell 99% of Gamma

At its session held on December 25, the Board of Directors of OJSC Saranskiy Priborostroitelny Zavod made a decision to sell 99% of the authorized capital of Gamma LLC to Dorozhno-Promyshlennoye Grazhdanskoye Stroitelstvo LLC (Road and Industrial Civil Engineering Company) for RUB 71.231 million, the enterprise informed.

OJSC Saranskiy Priborostroitelny Zavod (English as per public sources: Saransk Instrument-making Plant, tax number: 1325003052) established 1959 specializes in the engineering and production of instruments for the oil and gas, chemical, metallurgical, machine-building, food-processing and housing/utilities sectors.

According to the information and retrieval system DataCapital, net profit (RAS) of the company for January-September 2012 decreased 4.37-fold to RUB 70 thousand from RUB 306 thousand the year before. Revenue decreased by 7.27% to RUB 273.968 million from RUB 295.458 million, sales profit by 47.95% to RUB 7.422 million from RUB 14.26 million, pre-tax profit 2.19-fold to RUB 2.604 million from RUB 5.7 million.
