At its session held on December 24, the Board of Directors of OJSC Abakanvagonmash made a decision to appoint Oleg Burkatskiy CEO of the company, Abakanvagonmash informed.
Besides, a decision was made to convene an extraordinary general meeting on March 25, 2013. The record date was December 26.
The shareholders are expected to consider terminating the authority of the company's Directors and choosing a new Board of Directors.

Net profit (RAS) of OJSC Abakanvagonmash for January-September 2012 increased by 72.68% to RUB 51.829 million from RUB 30.013 million the year before. Revenue increased by 69.9% to RUB 501.17 million from RUB 294.978 million, sales profit by 22.45% to RUB 61.604 million from RUB 50.31 million, pre-tax profit by 54.05% to RUB 58.487 million from RUB 37.966 million.
