OJSC Gidroagregat paid 99.09% of the amount of dividends declared for 9 months 2012 transferring RUB 24.302 million to its shareholders, the company informed.
The reason for the incomplete dividend payout is that individuals holding stakes in the company did not appear in person to receive the dividends in cash and did not provide banking details required to transfer the dividends.

Revenue increased by 15.58% to RUB 1.788 billion from RUB 1.547 billion, sales profit by 19.48% to RUB 262.487 million from RUB 219.694 million, pre-tax profit by 37.27% to RUB 219.618 million from RUB 159.993 million.
