M&A: FAS satisfied application of Bakery Plant no. 5 Volgograd

Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service satisfied the application of OJSC Bakery Plant no. 5 (Volgograd) for the acquisition of 100% in CJSC The 9th Pyatiletka (Voronezh region), the regulatory body informed.

OJSC Bakery Plant no. 5 is engaged in the production of bakery, confectionery and other food products, wholesale and retail trade.

CJSC The 9th Pyatiletka is engaged in the production, processing and transportation of pork.
