At the TGK-2 special meeting Dec. 28 the holders approved the transfer of the executive powers to Sintez Group as a management company, it was informed.
The Company is included into Sintez Group.
Sintez Group involves 9 multi-profile entities including Sintezneftegaz, Arcticshelneftegaz, Negusneft, Sintez Petroleum, Nizhnevartovsky Wells Capital Repair, Sibirtransservice, Industrial Investments, Sintez Development and South Western TETS.
TGK-2 (TIN 7606053324) was registered in 2005 to include energos of Arkhangelskaya, Vologodskaya, Kostromskaya, Novgorodskaya, Tverskaya and Yaroslavskaya regions. The total capacity reached 2.583ths MW, heat capacity - 12.471ths Gcal.
The share capital is worth 14.749bn rub. split in 1458401856250 common and 16500533681 preferred stocks of 0.01 rub. par.
The 9-month 2012 net profit (RAS) gained 168.951mln rub. against 697.128mln rub. in losses; gross profit rallied up to 1.308bn rub. from 23.28mln rub.; revenues - 2.6% to 19.119bn rub.
