Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service satisfied the application of Trigon Agri A/S (Copenhagen) for the acquisition of the right to direct the business of CJSC Marcon (Moscow), CJSC Pobeda (Moscow region), as well as OJSC Zimovnikovsky Stud Farm (Rostov region) wholly owned by CJSC Pobeda, OJSC Gashunsky Breeding Farm (Rostov region) wholly owned by CJSC Marcon and Zimovnikovskoye Farm LLC (Rostov region, OJSC Gashunsky Breeding Farm owns 99%), FAS informed.

To this effect, Trigon Agri A/S will acquire 100% in Ennivolorous Holding Limited (Cyprus) which owns 100% of the shares in CJSC Marcon and in CJSC Pobeda.

Trigon Agri A/S is principally engaged in the management and financing of subsidiary companies.

CJSC Marcon and CJSC Pobeda are engaged in activities related to the law, business accounting and audit; also, they provide business and enterprise management consulting services.

OJSC OJSC Zimovnikovsky Stud Farm is engaged in the wholesale of living animals, OJSC Gashunsky Breeding Farm breeds sheep and goats, Zimovnikovskoye Farm LLC is engaged in the production of agricultural goods, crop production and animal husbandry.
