The FFMS registered bond issues 1-3 of Lenta LLC (St. Petersburg) for a total of RUB 10 billion and the bond issue prospectus, the regulatory body informed.

Bond issue 1 and 2 amounting to RUB 3 billion each consist of 3 million securities at par value of RUB 1,000 each. Issue 3 amounting to RUB 4 billion consists of 4 million securities at par value of RUB 1,000. The issues were assigned state registration numbers 4-01-36420-R, 4-02-36420-R and 4-03-36420-R, respectively. The bond placement is by public offering.
