Gazprom neft covered 3d issue.

Gazprom neft covered the 3d issue of the bonds released in the volume of 8bn rub. till 2018, the company informed.

The coverage price was set at the par value of the bonds and accumulated coupon interest.

The bonds were placed in 2009 at the back of the demand being in the 3 fold excess over the offer.

The issue includes 8mln bonds of 1ths rub. par. The 1st coupon rate is fixed at 14.75% ann. The allocation agents involved Gazprombank and Renaissance Capital.

Gazprom neft (TIN 5504036333) is ranked as the 5th oil producer by the crude output in Russia. The Company and its subs keep 61 licenses on the development of the oil fields. It has 4.5bn barrels in reserves.

The major holder is Gazprom having 95.68%. It has 61 licenses for the development of the fields.

The 9-month 2012 profit of the holders added 8.8% (IAS) to come to 134.677bn rub. The revenues rose 20.4% to 912.32bn rub.; corrected EBITDA - 10% to 244.894bn rub.

The capital expenses moved up 21% to 106.013bn rub. due to the active development of the fields in Orenburg reg. and modernization of refineries in Russia and Serbia.

The 9-month output reached 326mln barrel of oil equivalent to exceed prior year figures by 4.8% due to the intensification of the works, acquisition of assets in the region, by-pass gas utilization.

The refining added 5.8% to gain 32.67mln ton; sales reached 17.22mln ton or 19.7% higher prior year period.

The 9-month 2012 net profit (RAS) increased 18.2% to 66.419bn rub. from 59.19bn rub. prior year period; revenues moved up to 11% to 672.686bn rub. from 607.278bn rub.; pretax profit - 5% to 74.674bn rub. from 70.901bn rub.; gross profit declined 22% to 97.523bn rub. from 125.246bn rub.
