Russia's Federal Financial Markets Service cancelled the additional share issue of CJSC Binnopharm (Zelenograd) in the amount of RUB 1.749 billion, the regulatory body informed.

The issue consists of 1,748,742,000 securities at par value of 1 ruble and was assigned state registration number 1-01-60955-H-001D as of June 5, 2012.

CJSC Binnopharm (located in Moscow, Zelenograd, wholly owned by JSFC Sistema) is one of the largest biopharmaceutical producers in the Russian Federation operating over an area exceeding 32 thousand square meters. Binnopharm owns the biggest integrated production complex in the Russian Federation meeting the GMP (good medical practice) international standards. Binnopharm produces medicines in the basic dosage forms: pills, capsules, vials, aerosols, and sprays.
