M&A: FAS permitted AgroTerra Holdings to acquire 100% in AgroTerra Elevators

Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service satisfied the application of AgroTerra Holdings LLC (Moscow) for the acquisition of the whole authorized capital of AgroTerra Elevators LLC (Kursk region), the regulatory body informed.

AgroTerra Holdings LLC makes capital investments in property and securities; also, it provides consulting services on business and enterprise management matters.

AgroTerra Elevators LLC provides grain storage and warehousing services as well as services related to the production of farm crops.
