42 bids out of 52 received by the Company are accepted.
The issue includes 10mln bonds of 1ths rub. par and 5-year maturity. The 1st coupon rate is set at 8.2%. The bonds will be placed through the open offering on MICEX from Jan. 30. The issue is arranged by Sberbank KIB, VTB Capital and Gazprombank.
