Siemens signed the 3-year cooperation agreement with Joint Energetic Company (OEK) on the reconstruction and building of energetic objects in Moscow reg., as it was informed by Siemens.

The document is targeted to the application of innovations developed by Seimens for the electric substations.

Joint Energetic Company was formed in line with the Moscow government resolution of Nov. 12, 2004. The latter keeps 100% in OEK. Now the assets of the Company are equal to $1.5bn.
