Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service satisfied the application of KKU Concern Traktorniye Zavody LLC for acquiring the right to perform executive functions for OJSC Altay Motor Plant, the regulatory body informed.

The corporate group Traktorniye Zavody (English: Tractor Plants, Machinery & Industrial Group N.V.) has five core production activities: industrial mechanical engineering, railway mechanical engineering, agricultural mechanical engineering, special purpose mechanical engineering, spare parts and OEM components. The engineering holding manages over 20 major enterprises located in 10 subjects of the Russian Federation as well as in Denmark, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Serbia and Ukraine.

OJSC Altay Motor Plant (Barnaul) is principally engaged in the production of vehicle engines.
