In 2012 RusGidro Group increased generation 5% to reach 112.697mln kWh against prior year, the company informed.
In IVQ 2012 the output rose 16.7% to 31.255mln kWh.
The growth was prompted by high level of water in the reservoir and high generation level at the Volgo-Kamsky Cascade.
RusGidro (TIN 2460066195) is the largest generating company in Russia involving 61 renewable energetic objects with 26.1 GW in capacity including Sayano Shushenskaya GES (6400 MW). The IH 2011 output reached 39262mln kWh which is 4% higher prior year period.
The share capital is equal to 290.303bn rub.; the government holds 57.97%.
The 9-month 2012 net profit (RAS) declined 18% to 19.963bn rub. from 24.451bn rub. prior year period; revenues being down 2% to 68.276bn rub. from 69.460bn rub.; gross profit - 29% to 27.215bn rub. from 38.441bn rub.
The 9-month 2012 net losses (IAS) reached 2.530bn rub. against 34.792bn rub. in profit prior year period; revenues moved down 24.6% to 215.061bn rub. from 285.232bn rub.; pretax profit - 7.2 fold to 6.383bn rub. from 46.186bn rub.; EBITDA - 32.6% to 39.922bn rub. from 59.237bn rub.
