V.Kazachkov is elected as director general of Azot (Kemerovo) from Feb. 1, the company informed.
The Company (TIN 4205000908) is a leading producer of caprolactam in Russia and one of the largest makers of fertilizers. 50% of the output are exported to China, America, Western Europe and Asia-Pacific Ocean region.
The major holder is SIBUR Holding (74.64%). From May 1, 2007, the Company is included into SIBUR-Mineral Fertilizers.
The IH 2011 (RAS) increased 4.5 fold to 2.903bn rub. from 633.653mln rub. prior year period; revenues being up 1.7 fold to 14.542bn rub. from 8.44bn rub.; profit from sales - 3.8 fold to 3.736bn rub. from 974.98mln rub.; pretax profit - 4.5 fold to 3.701bn rub. from 807.719mln rub.
The 2011-net profit (RAS) reached 1.269bn rub.
