Metropol/SAKHO cancelled the project.

IFC Metropol and Siberian Agro Holding (SAKHO) announced about the withdrawal from the joint project, as it was informed.

The parties signed a contract on the antirecessionary management in Dec. 2012. Due to the past crisis, negative effects and high debt burden the Holding suffered certain difficulties in the efficient activity. The agreement stipulated restructuring of the debts by Metropol and probable acquisition of the Holding in fugure. But in Feb. 2012 the parties decided to cancel realization of the project.
