Bashneft completed formation of the oil servicing holding on the basis of Bashneft-Servicing Assets as its sub, the company informed.
K.Zakirov is appointed as a director general. The Holding involves 11 subs of the market development potential e.g. Bashneft-Drilling, Ufimskoe Capital Repair Wells Department, Neftekamsky Oil Production Equipment Plant, Transkhim, Neftestroimontazh etc.
The entities included into the above Holding will be withdrawn from Bashneft structure for the development of the competitive environment.
Bashneft (TIN 0274051582) is a head entity included into the fuel-energetic complex of Bashkortostan. It gushes out the crude in Bashkortostan, Western Siberia and Orenburgsky reg. Bashneft keeps 279 licenses; 162 fields being under development. In 2011 the output added 6.8% to reach 15.106mln ton due to the drop in the refining by 0.6% to 21.062mln ton. The proved reserves gained 1.984bn barrels 2011 end.
The 9-month 2012 net profit (RAS) declined 11% to 33.546bn rub.; revenues from sales being down 1% to 358.964bn rub. from 354.742bn rub.; gross profit declined to 144.756bn rub. from 147.462bn rub.
The IH 2012 net profit (IAS) dropped 13.4% to $781mln; revenues reached $8.005bn which is equal to prior year period; EBITDA dropped 3.7% to come to $1.587bn
