Omskenergosbyt calls special meeting in Apr.

At the Omskenergosbyt special meeting Apr. 3 the auditing committee members and an auditor should be elected, the company informed.

The Company (TIN 5503091518) was formed in 2005 through the removal from Omskenergo. It provides electric energy transfer in the Omsk reg. The energy is bought from Omskaya Generating Company (70%) and federal wholesale market (30%).

The 9-month 2012 net profit reached 43.6mln rub.; revenues - 9.662bn rub.
