M&A: FAS grants application of Agrocom Group

Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service granted the application of Agrocom Group LLC (Rostov-on-Don) for acquisition of the right to be the single executive body for Kazachka LLC (Rostov region), the regulatory body informed.

The core activity of Kazachka LLC is reproduction of fish and aquatic bioresources by agricultural producers.
