The 2012-net profit at OGK-2 increased (RAS) 3.52 fold to 4.006bn rub. from 1.138bn rub. which is 4 fold higher results achieved by OGK-2 and OGK-6 in 2011 in total, the company informed.
The revenues dropped 0.8% to 104.058bn rub.; costs of sales reached 94.393bn rub.; fuel purchase expenses accounting for the major portion of them.
EBITDA was doubled to 10.071bn rub. from 5.269bn rub.
OGK-2 (TIN 2607018122) is a leading heat generation company involving 10 electric stations and under-building Adlerskaya TES. The total capacity is equal to 17.9GW covering 8% of the electric energy market in Russia. The Company includes Adlerskaya TES, Krasnoyarskaya GRES-2, Kirishskaya, Pskovskaya, Serovskaya, Stavropolskaya, Surgutskaya GRES-1, Cherepovetskaya and Troitskaya GRESs. Gazpromenergoholding as a Gazprom wholly-owned sub is a controlling holder.
The IH 2012 net profit (IAS) dropped 9.7 fold to 429mln rub. from 4.175bn rub.; revenues moved down 11.3% to 48.113bn rub. from 54.286bn rub. prior year period; operating profit - 2.4 fold to 1.899bn rub. from 4.692bn rub.
The 9-month 2012 net profit (RAS) added 15.4% to gain 2.908bn rub. from 2.518bn rub.; revenues - 1.9 fold to 76.095bn rub. from 39.889bn rub. due to the launching of the new unit at Kirishskaya GRES in operation and prices indexation.
