Gazprom neft BOD approved the 14-list of nominees for 12 seats to be elected at the annual meeting, the company informed.
Gazprom neft (TIN 5504036333) is ranked as the 5th oil producer by the crude output in Russia. The Company and its subs keep 61 licenses on the development of the oil fields. It has 4.5bn barrels in reserves. The major holder is Gazprom.
The 9-month 2012 profit of the holders added 8.8% (IAS) to come to 134.677bn rub. The revenues rose 20.4% to 912.32bn rub.; corrected EBITDA - 10% to 244.894bn rub.
The capital expenses moved up 21% to 106.013bn rub. due to the active development of the fields in Orenburg reg. and modernization of refineries in Russia and Serbia.
The 9-month 2012 net profit (RAS) increased 18.2% to 66.419bn rub. from 59.19bn rub. prior year period; revenues moved up to 11% to 672.686bn rub. from 607.278bn rub.; pretax profit - 5% to 74.674bn rub. from 70.901bn rub.; gross profit declined 22% to 97.523bn rub. from 125.246bn rub
