M&A: FAS extends period for consideration of Kedr Group's application

Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service extended the period for consideration of the application of Kedr Group LLC for buying a share in the authorized capital of Promstroyinvest LLC, the regulatory body informed.

The reason for this decision is the need for additional information so as to ensure due and full consideration of the transaction applied for.

The core business of Kedr Group LLC (Moscow) is buying and selling of non-residential buildings and premises.
