Balakovskie Mineral Fertilizers (BMU) backed the credit for FosAgro-Cherepovets within the credit contract of Mar. 7. 2013, the company informed.
The guarantee covers 9.7bn rub. for 18 months.
FosAgro Holding (TIN 7736216869) is a vertically-integrated structure having a full cycle of fertilizers production from the crude extraction moment up to the final output. The management of the entities is provided by FosAgro AG Management Company.
The Group involves Apatit, Ammofos, Cherepovestky Azot, FosAgro- Cherepovets, Balakovskie Mineral Fertilizers, FosAgro-trans, FosAgro-Region, NIIUIF.
The reserves cover 2.1bn ton of the apatite-nepheline ore.
GDRs are under quotation on LSE; the stocks being traded on MICEX and RTS.
The 9-month 2012 net profit (RAS) rallied down 75% to 5.628bn rub. prior year; revenues added 40% to come to 6.359bn rub. from 4.518bn rub.; retained profit dropped 19% to 13.307bn rub. from 16.455bn rub.
The 9-month 2012 moved up 20% (IAS) to 19.1bn rub.; revenues - 8% to 79.2bn rub. from 73.7bn rub.; EBITDA - 3% to 27.2bn rub.
