Mosenergosbyt BOD intends to consider the launching of the credit line with Gazprombank in the volume of 800mln rub., the company informed.
The credit line should be limited by 36 month in the period.
Besides, the 800mln rub. worth banking guarantee till 2015 will be discussed. BOD affirmed the price of the deals and IV business plan.
Mosenergosbyt (TIN 7736520080) was founded in Apr. 2005 due to the withdrawal from Mosenergo. From that time it is a legal energy supplier and the largest energy sale company (6mln consumers).
The share capital is worth 282.494mln rub. split in 28249359700 common stocks of 0.01 rub. par. ESK RusGidro holds 50.9% (Aug. 12 2010 the stake was placed in trust with Inter RAO UES), Agana MC - 18.4%.
The 2012 net profit (RAS) declined 2.8 fold to 1.519bn rub from 4.382bn rub. prior year period; revenues - 1.16% to 213.460bn rub. from 215.977bn rub.; profit from sales - 2.7 fold to 2.999bn rub from 8.362bn rub.; pretax profit - 3.02 fold to 1.908bn rub from 5.765bn rub.
The 2012-net profit (IAS) rallied down 77.8% to 1.2bn rub. from 5.4bn rub.; revenues declined 0.9% to 217.3bn rub from 219.2bn rub.
