Far Eastern Generating Company covered the bonds of the 1st issue released in the volume of 5bn rub., the company informed.
The issue was placed in 2007 (5mln bonds of 1ths rub. Par and 5-year maturity). The 1st coupon rate is set at 10.5% ann. The payment demanded 606.865mln rub.
DGK (TIN 1434031363) provides energy transfer to Khabarovsky and Primorsky regions, Amursky reg., Jewish autonomous region and Sakha. It is one of the largest regional generating companies in Russia and major participant of the energy market in the Far East. It covers 5 regions. Along with Far Eastern Distribution Grid Company (DRSK) it is a wholly-owned sub of DEK providing corporate management of DGK and DRSK. The output in 2009 gained 19.17bn kWh and 22.3Gcal.
The share capital is worth 30.816bn rub. split in 3081634281900 common stocks of 0.01 rub. par.
The 9-month 2011 net losses (RAS) rose to reach 2.938bn rub. from 2.507bn rub.; revenues increased 1.15 fold to 35.188bn rub. from 30.616bn rub. rub.; profit from sales - 5.5 fold to 746.309mln rub. from 165.987mln rub.
