Russian Technologies Group sold its 50.67% share in the authorized capital of OJSC Lytkarino Optical Glass Factory to Schwabe LLC, the enterprise informed.
OJSC Lytkarino Optical Glass Factory (tax number: 5026000300) is a diversified enterprise of Russia's optical industry, one of the companies contributing to the national security.
According to the information and retrieval system DataCapital, net profit (RAS) of OJSC Lytkarino Optical Glass Factory for January-September 2012 decreased by 18.48% to RUB 51.518 million from RUB 63.194 million the year before. Revenue rose by 8.88% to RUB 1.398 billion from RUB 1.284 billion, sales profit decreased by 12.19% to RUB 80.908 million from RUB 92.136 million, pre-tax profit by 17.45% to RUB 67.521 million from RUB 81.796 million.
