The credit expires in 2015.
The Company (TIN 6450014808) was formed in 1993 within the privatization program as assignee of Saratovenergo PO. From 2006 it provides energy sale.
The share capital is equal to 128.856mln rub. split in 493.316mln preferred stocks of 0.02113 rub. par and 4865127996 common stocks of 0.02 rub. par.
The IQ 2012 net profit (RAS) dropped 7.3 fold to 6.734mln rub. from 49.141mln rub. prior year period; revenues added 0.17% to come to 4.105bn rub. from 4.098bn rub.; profit from sales declined 2.7% to 241.893mln rub. from 248.617mln rub.; pretax profit reached 56.509mln rub. vs. 35.852mln rub. in losses prior year period.
