M&A: FAS permits Reserve Invest to consolidate 80% of Mosizdatinvest

Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service granted the application of Reserve Invest Holding (Cyprus) Limited for the acquisition of 20% of the voting shares in CJSC Mosizdatinvest, the regulatory body informed.

Following this transaction, Reserve Invest will consolidate 80% of the shares in Mosizdatinvest.

Reserve Invest Holding (Cyprus) Limited is engaged in investment operations.

The core business of CJSC Mosizdatinvest is capital investment in securities.
