Nauka-Svyaz BOD affirmed allocation of the 400mln rub. worth primary issue of the bonds, the company informed.
In Feb. it was postponed due to the violation of the legislation in force.
In Aug. 2012 the issue was suspended on the same reason.
The issue includes 400ths bonds of 1ths rub. par and 5-year maturity. The issue will be placed through the open offering at par on MICEX. The backing is provided by a sub.
Nauka-Svyaz (TIN 7714158099) was formed in 1999 as universal operator to provide telephone com, data transfer, etc.
The share capital is equal to 91.75mln rub. Nauka-Svyaz OJSS is the one holder.
The 9-month 2012 net profit rallied down 41.5% to 5.19mln rub. from 8.876mln rub. prior year; revenues moved up 41.2% to 660.438mln rub. from 467.594mln rub
