Gazprom neft BOD decided to consider general agreement on short term crediting with Sberbank at the sitting Mar. 22, the company informed.
The agenda includes as well the gas transfer contract with Gazprom mezhregiongaz.

The 9-month 2012 profit of the holders added 8.8% (IAS) to come to 134.677bn rub. The revenues rose 20.4% to 912.32bn rub.; corrected EBITDA - 10% to 244.894bn rub.
The capital expenses moved up 21% to 106.013bn rub. due to the active development of the fields in Orenburg reg. and modernization of refineries in Russia and Serbia.
The 2012 net profit (RAS) increased 10.3% to 84.505bn rub. from 76.547bn rub. prior year period; revenues moved up 9.8% to 905.513bn rub. from 824.385bn rub.; pretax profit - 0.6% to 96.869bn rub. from 96.229bn rub.; profit from sales declined 36.2% to 67.835bn rub. from 106.392bn rub.
