RusGidro prolonged the deadline for submitting offers on the acquisition of the stocks placed through the open offering in the volume of 110bn rub., the company informed.
The offers can be sent to RusGidro or IC Eurofinances as a broker.
Within the realization of the preemptive rights of the holders 60.9% of an issue were allocated and paid up by the assets and in money terms. Thus, RusGidro-held share in SEK rose to 44.63% from 20.09%, Irkutskaya Electro Grid Company - 42.53% from 0.16%, RAO ES East - 76.72% from 73.43%, Ust-Srednekanskaya GES - 100% from 85.17%.
RusGidro (TIN 2460066195) is the largest generating company in Russia involving 61 renewable energetic objects with 26.1 GW in capacity including Sayano-Shushenskaya GES (6400 MW). In 2011 output reached 77007mln kWh which is 7% higher prior year period.
The share capital is equal to 290.303bn rub.; the government holds 57.97%.
The 9-month 2012 net losses (IAS) reached 2.530bn rub. vs. 34.792bn rub. in profit prior year period; revenues moved down 24.6% to 215.061bn rub. from 285.232bn rub.; pretax profit - 7.2 fold to 6.383bn rub. from 46.186bn rub.; EBITDA - 32.6% to 39.922bn rub. from 59.237bn rub.
The 2012 net profit (RAS) declined 2.08 fold to 14.702bn rub. from 30.622bn rub. prior year period; revenues being up 2% to 1.84% to 94.207bn rub. from 92.504bn rub.; profit from sales lost 21.18% to come to 38.22bn rub. from 48.488bn rub.; pretax profit - 44.62% to 22.834bn rub.
