Bank of Russia lowers USD-RUB exchange rate to RUB 30.8923

The Bank of Russia raised the official Euro to Russian ruble exchange rate effective from March 22, 2013 by almost 10 kopecks to RUB 39.9746 from RUB 39.8752 on March 21, lowered the US dollar rate by over 5 kopecks to RUB 30.8923 against RUB 30.9446 on March 21.

The dollar-euro basket gained more than 1 kopeck (+0.05%) to RUB 34.9794 on March 22 from RUB 34.9633 on March 21
