FFMS registered an additional stock issue released by Otkrytie FC in the volume of 30.002bn rub. and placed through the close offering, as it was informed.

The issue includes 617322077 common stocks of 48.6 rub. par.
In 2012 the Company acquired 19.9% in Nomos-Bank from PPF Group (Czechia).

This is the first stage of the project on the merger of Nomos-Bank and Otkrytie FC. It was informed then that the Company can acquire LUKOIL Garant NPF ($500-600mln in value).
