Eniseiskaya TGK (TGK-13) BOD decided to liquidate 5 subs and Moscow-based representation, the company informed.
It concerns Nazarovskaya GRES, Kanskaya TETS, Krasnoyarskaya TETS-1 and TETS-4 and Krasnoyarskaya Heat Network.
The amendments in the articles were made.
Siberian Generating Company involving Kuzbassenergo 9TGK-12) and Eniseiskaya TGK (TGK-13) (TIN 1901067718) provides generation and sale of heat and electric energy and their transfer to Kemerovsky, Altaisky, Krasnoyarsky regions and Khakasiya. It covers about 20% on the Siberian energy market.
The coal is a basic fuel. Now it started realization of the investment program demanding 78bn rub.
The 2011-net losses (IAS) dropped 0.95% to 1.765bn rub. from 1.782bn rub.
prior year; revenues rose 8.37% to 21.064bn rub. from 19.436bn rub.; pretax losses declined 30.06% to 2.152bn rub. from 3.077bn rub.
The 9-month 2012 net profit (RAS) reached 392.6mln rub. vs. 1.505bn rub. in losses; revenues from sales coming to 19.346bn rub. or 4.799bn rub. (33%) higher prior year period; gross profit increased 6.7 fold to 2.091bn rub.
