M&A: FAS Russia grants application of RN-Aero

Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service granted the application of RN-Aero LLC for the right to use the fixed production assets of Aviaterminal LLC, the regulatory body informed.

Rosneft Oil Company established its subsidiary RN-Aero in 2008. The core business of RN-Aero is supplying jet fuel to airports.

The core business of Aviaterminal LLC (Moscow) is property leasing.
