FFMS registered a common stock issue released by EnergoEngineering Alliance (included into Silmash) in the volume of 220.021mln rub., the company informed.
The issue was placed through the conversion into the stocks of lower par value. It includes 1.601bn stocks of 0.137427 rub. par.
