Rosneft relies to increase output.

In 2013 Rosneft relies to exceed 206mln ton in the output, I.Sechin said at the meeting with V.Putin.

The gas extraction is assumed to come to 47bn m3; refining - 95mln ton. The joined company will keep 2.5ths fuel stations in Russia.

The revenues are expected to come to 4.9tril rub.; synergic effects is appraised to come to $10bn due to the acquisition of TNK-BP
