The average consumer prices in the Russian Federation did not change from September 24 to 30, increased by 4.7% since January 1, 2013, the Federal State Statistics Service informed.
In 2012, consumer prices increased by 0.6% in September, by 5.2% since the start of the year.
Last week, chicken eggs went up in price by 2.3%, cheeses by 0.8%, milk, quark, butter, sour cream and rice by 0.4-0.5%.
At the same time, flour, millet, buckwheat, sunflower oil, granulated sugar became 0.2-0.4% cheaper.
Fruits and vegetables dropped in price by 1.1% on average (in particular, bulb onion, cabbage, carrots by 1.5-2%).
