OJSC Tyumenenergo withdrew from OJSC Tomsk Distribution Company, selling its whole equity stake, the generating company informed.
Earlier, Tyumenenergo owned 33.75% of the voting shares in Tomsk Distribution Company.
Tyumenenergo (tax number: 8602060185) is the largest power supply system of the Ural region ranking the second largest power supply system in the Russian Federation, officially recognized as an inter-regional distribution company. Tyumenenergo's centralized electric power supply covers an area of over 1 million sq. km. The company has 9 branches.
Tyumenenergo's authorized capital is RUB 27.374 billion represented by 273,738,951 common shares at par value of RUB 100 each. No preferred shares are issued to represent the authorized capital. The sole shareholder of Tyumenenergo is JSC Russian Grids.
IFRS net profit of OJSC Tyumenenergo for H1 2013 grew by 94.33% to RUB 4.252 billion from RUB 2.188 billion for the same period in 2012. Revenue increased by 8.51% to RUB 24.313 billion from RUB 22.407 billion, profit from operations by 93.09% to RUB 5.106 billion from RUB 2.644 billion, pre-tax profit by 84.03% to RUB 5.065 billion from RUB 2.752 billion.
According to the information and retrieval system DataCapital, RAS net loss of OJSC Tyumenenergo for H1 2013 was RUB 1.087 billion against a profit of RUB 1.022 billion the year before. Revenue grew by 10.01% to RUB 24.945 billion from RUB 22.675 billion, sales profit by 8.39% to RUB 3.2 billion from RUB 2.952 billion, loss before tax was RUB 534.918 million against a profit of RUB 1.813 billion.
