Transneft signed a multi-side agreement on cooperation with the operators of the Druzhba main oil pipeline to keep the proper quality of the crude and avoid any malfunctions in the operation, the company informed.
The participants involve MN Druzhba as Transneft sub; GOmeltransneft Druzhba (Belarus); Ukrtransnafta (Ukraine); Transpetrol (Slovakia), MOL (Hungary); Pshiyazn (Poland); MERO CHR (Czechia).
Transneft (TIN 7706061801) is a monopolist on the crude oil exports market. It keeps 48.505ths km of oil pipelines.
The share capital is worth 7.102mln rub. split in 5546847 common and 1554875 preferred stocks of 1 rub. par. The government has 78.1057% (100% voting); preferred stocks are held by the private persons.
