The consolidation of 100% in Uranium One Inc. by Atomredmetzoloto has been closed, the company informed.
The delisting of Uranium One from the Toronto Stock Exchange is in force from Oct. 21. The deal was approved at the special meeting in Mar.
Uranium One Inc. is one of the largest uranium-extracting companies with globally diversified portfolio of international assets in Kazakhstan, USA, Australia and Tanzania. Atomredmetzoloto and affiliated companies now keep 100% of common stocks released by Uranium One.
Atomredmetzoloto (TIN 7706016076) is one of the leaders on the world uranium extraction market and is included into the 5-list of the largest companies by the output in this sector. The Holding is a major uranium supplier in Russia. In 2009 it produced 4624 ton at the Russia- and Kazakhstan-based entities. The holders involve Atomenergoprom - 79.98% (16201544808 stocks), TVEL - 20.02% (4055695153 stocks). In 2010 ARMZ Holding consolidated the working interest in Canadian Uranium One.
The 2012-net profit (IAS) gained 9.23mln rub. against 3.2mln rub. in profit; revenues moved up 7.42% to 47.795bn rub. from 44.495mln rub.; EBITDA - 21.7% to 14.091mln rub. from 11.578mln.
