Gasoline prices in Russia increased by 1.4% on average in September, went up 5.8% since the start of the year, the Federal State Statistics Service informed.
In September, consumer gasoline prices increased against the previous month in 77 subjects of the Russian Federation, stood flat in 4 subjects, decreased in 2 subjects.
Consumer gasoline prices in Moscow and St. Petersburg increased by 0.6% and 1.4% month-on-month on average.
Producers' gasoline prices went up 3.3% on average in September. In particular, gasoline prices increased against the previous month in 16 subjects of the Russian Federation (from 0.5% in Astrakhan region to 20.4% in Irkutsk region). Producers' gasoline prices did not change against August 2013 in Ryazan, Tomsk regions and the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), went down 1.2% in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Producers' oil prices grew by 6.1% (16.8% since the start of the year), oil pipeline delivery prices went down 0.2% month-on-month, increased by 0.2% since the start of the year
