IFRS net profit of OJSC E.ON Russia for H1 2013 grew by 7.88% to RUB 9.389 billion from RUB 8.703 billion for the same period in 2012, the company reported.
Revenue increased by 9.06% to RUB 38.4 billion from RUB 35.211 billion, profit from operations by 5.61% to RUB 10.332 billion from RUB 9.783 billion, pre-tax profit by 8.02% to RUB 11.584 billion from RUB 10.724 billion the year before. EBITDA increased by 5.4% to RUB 14.466 billion from RUB 13.731 billion.
OJSC E.ON Russia (previously OGK-4, tax number: 8602067092) was registered on March 4, 2005 in Surgut. The company operates five thermal power plants with the general capacity of 10,345 MW: Surgutskaya GRES-2 (5,597 MW), Berezovskaya GRES (1,600 MW), Shaturskaya GRES (1,493 MW), Smolenskaya GRES (630 MW) and Yaivinskaya GRES (1,025 MW). In 2012, E.ON Russia increased electric power output by 2.78% to 64.202 billion kWh, heat power output to 2,185 thousand Gcal.

Revenue increased by 13.52% to RUB 75.023 billion from RUB 66.089 billion, profit from operations by 17.53% to RUB 20.844 billion from RUB 17.736 billion, pre-tax profit by 25.57% to RUB 22.824 billion from RUB 18.177 billion EBITDA grew by 27.1% to RUB 29.123 billion from RUB 22.915 billion.
RAS net profit of OJSC E.ON Russia for H1 2013 increased by 6.91% to RUB 9.764 billion from RUB 9.133 billion the year before. Revenue grew by 9.09% to RUB 39.189 billion from RUB 35.924 billion, sales profit by 12.47% to RUB 11.582 billion from RUB 10.298 billion, pre-tax profit by 7.26% to RUB 11.987 billion from RUB 11.176 billion for the same period in 2012.
