Gazprom is going to increase the 2013-dividends 20.2% to 7.2 rub./pcs from 5.99 rub./pcs prior year, the company informed.
Thus, the dividends are to cover 25% of the 2013 net profit under RAS.
The decision on the dividends will be made at the annual meeting set for June 27, 2014 in Moscow.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit is proposed as an auditor in line with the results of the tender carried out by Gazprom.
