The shareholding structure of JSC Tulsky Oruzheiny Zavod has changed, the company informed.
In particular, Fininvest-M LLC increased its equity position in the enterprise to 17.24% (70,143 common shares) from 9.99% (40,670 shares). OJSC Institute of Targeted Economic Programs decreased its equity position in the enterprise to 12.94% from 4.34%, its shareholding increasing to 52,636 from 17,666.
JSC Tulsky Oruzheiny Zavod (literally translated as 'Tula Arms Plant', tax number: 7107003303) is an enterprise of Russia's defense industry (the military-industrial complex). From 1712 to mid-1993, TOZ was a state-owned company; in July 1993, it was privatized and became an open joint-stock-company. Today, TOZ produces and sells assault rifles, guided anti-tank missiles, sniper rifles, grenade launchers, and sporting guns.
According to the DataCapital information retrieval system, RAS net profit of JSC Tulsky Oruzheiny Zavod for 2013 was RUB 7.846 million against a loss of RUB 138.511 million in 2012. The company does not disclose its revenue and sales profit referring to them as officially classified data. Pre-tax profit was RUB 74.069 million against a loss of RUB 129.141 million.
