From April 1 to 10, 2014, the maximum interest rate on ruble deposits with the largest banks of the Russian Federation increased to 8.62% p.a. against 8.47% p.a. in the third ten-day period of March, the Bank of Russia informed.
The maximum interest rate was 8.35% p.a. in the first and second ten-day intervals of March, 8.37% in mid-February and late February, 8.27% from February 1 to 10, 8.31% in January, 8.38% p.a. in late December, 8.4% p.a. from December 11 to 20, 8.45% from December 1 to 10.
