VimpelCom and Global Telecom Holding (GTH a subsidiary VimpelCom) arranged for the sale of 51% of the shares in Djezzy (Algeria) to Fonds National d'Investissement (FNI), VimpelCom informed.
The transaction amounting to $2.6 billion is expected to be finalized at the end of the year.
