Gasoline prices in Russia increased by 1.5% in March, by 1.8 for three months 2014, Russia's Federal State Statistics Service informed.
In March, consumer gasoline prices increased against the previous month in 75 subjects of the Russian Federation, most of all in Stavropol Krai and Kirov region (by 3.2%), stood flat in 7 subjects, decreased in Magadan region (by 0.3%).
Consumer gasoline prices increased by 0.9% in Moscow, by 1.6% in St. Petersburg.
Producers' gasoline prices went up 5.8% on average in March. In particular, gasoline prices increased against the previous month in 18 subjects of the Russian Federation (from 0.6% in Sakhalin region to 25.7% in Tyumen region). Producers' gasoline prices did not change against the previous month in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
In March 2014, consumer prices of gasoline of various grades exceeded the producers' prices 1.9-2.2 times on average (2-2.5 times in March 2013).
Producers' oil prices grew by 8.1% in March (8.4% since the start of the year), oil pipeline delivery prices by 0.1% in March, by 0.6% since the start of the year.
