Nafta SIB Energia submitted a claim to the commercial court of the Republic of Dagestan seeking that OJSC Dagestanskaya Energosbytovaya Kompaniya be adjudicated bankrupt, the latter company informed.
The court has commented the proceedings. The court session date will be announced after the similar claim of Rosenergoatom (another DEK creditor) is considered.
OJSC Dagestanskaya Energosbytovaya Kompaniya (English: Dagestan Power Sales Company, tax number: 0541031172) is part of IDGC of Northern Caucasus, JSC. The company operates in the Republic of Dagestan as a last resort supplier of electricity. It accounts for 100% of the wholesale supply of electric power to consumers in the regional market.
According to the DataCapital information retrieval system, RAS net loss of DEK for 2013 decreased by 27.9% to RUB 1.187 billion from RUB 1.646 billion the year before. Revenue increased by 11.36% to RUB 6.874 billion from RUB 6.173 billion, sales profit decreased 2.12-fold to RUB 290.397 million from RUB 614.756 million, loss before tax by 20.27% to RUB 1.303 billion from RUB 1.634 billion.
