Murmansk Trawl Fleet pays 93.89% of 2013 dividends

JSC Murmansk Trawl Fleet has paid 93.89% of the total amount earmarked for 2013 dividends transferring RUB 366.207 million to its shareholders, the company informed.

It will be recalled that the shareholders made a decision to earmark RUB 390.047 million as 2013 dividends (RUB 146.5 per share of common stock).

The reason for the failure to pay the dividends in full is the absence of correct data on some shareholders and of several applications for the payout of dividends, as well as the absence of legal entities entitled to dividends in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or at their respective locations.
